Iksar modesl appear Human

I thought I had read this one before, but my searches failed, probably due to technical incompetence.

My Iksar PC character models and at least some GM Iksar models, suddenly appear human. I haven't installed or edited any P1999 files recently, although I have had occasional crashes. These models still render correctly on my wife's computer.

I'm hoping to avoid any significant re-installs, because I usually break something that I have forgotten how to fix.

Any easy fixes available for the technically illiterate?
