Spells: Blind is broken

Uthgaard closed the other thread, but blind is still broken.

Situation:
Enc mezzes mob_01.
Enc is highest on hate list.
Pally blinds target.
Enc is NOT in melee range.
Pally breaks mez in melee range.
Mob is feared.

Blind is acting as a fear if the person highest on hate list is not in melee range, even if other PCs are.

Facts ftw. In 8 lines he conveyed more than 2 pages of arguing.

Yeah, blame me for someone else not getting it.

Because paladins run around breaking mezzes with throwing hammers, all the time.

Mob melee range > player melee range

That said, paladin breaking mez with melee should leave the mob hitting the closest person. Not running away in fear...
