Question about enchanter epic

I was just wondering if the pieces of the staff can be done out of sequence? If I have the four quest pieces needed for the fourth piece of the staff will Polzin give it to me if I haven't completed any of the previous three subquests for the other pieces of the staves? Or does it need to be done in chronological order?

Yeah, you can do it in any order.

You can even get a sack from any of the quest npc's for a different part of the quest

Thanks! Follow up question:

When I did it back on live I think you had to do the "Jeb's Seal" sub quest to even start. On the wiki it says that is no longer necessary.

However it also says in the walk through to "give Jeb's Seal" to Modani in Overthere to get the Enchanter's Bag. How does this work if you don't do the pre-quest first and get Jeb's Seal to begin with?

You just have to say "I need a sack" to get it.

Also, don't get your sack from Modani unless he is already up or you already have the items to finish that part of the quest. Else, you will have to pop him to get the bag, and you might have to pop him again later to hand it.
Ak'Anon or Firiona Vie are good spots to get your bags
