Petition for AAs to P99

Drawbacks:

-not classic for era
-makes items like JBoots less than relevant
-content gets easier
-stands to make some classes (hi2u BFG rangers) OP

Benefits:

-Endgame is bloated with level 60s with nowhere to go
-Endgame and high end zones see influx of xp seekers 24/7 - more groups
-Something to do after you ding 60
-Makes raiding less 'zergy'
-Balances many classes that were less than great in classic through velious
-spreads out the leveling population
-extends life of server without requiring huge time investment on further expansions
-lets blue become something different while prepping for the inevitable "green" server that will follow classic timeline/patches/whatever

It's as simple as adding the deleted code back in and flipping the switch to "ON".
