NPC Spawn Issue: Finrin Talister missing from FM mountains

This post from August 2001 indicates that there should be a wizard NPC named Finrin Talister sitting at #6 on the map of FM (at loc -2198, +1476 according to this Druids Grove post).

Here are some of Mcoy's old logs from that era. Finrin should have text indicating that his location is a bind spot. That area should also be bindable for melee if it currently isn't.

The NPC was later used for the Druid Epic 1.5, but they merely added a bit to his dialogue so he could trigger the goblin war portion.
