Spells: cannibalize

Please fix the sound on this. There is no crackle in the spell anymore, at the begining or the ending. Instead of ending with the crackle sound it just is a terrible high pitched sound that doesn't fade out. After using canni for about 10 mins i was half deaf and had a headache. Regrettably i will have to play with my sound off until this is fixed.

Per Telin this is a resolved issue, can be funky if chain casting too quickly but that is out of their control.
