I saw the ToV binds moved to EC, but didn't notice mention of 'fixed so you can no longer bind in Velious dungeons'. Hopefully that is what is implied and will now be live.?

i just realize, nobody gotta suffer deathloops from binding at tog entrance no more! it just go to show how much the devs care about they players. they protectin players bearded and casual alike from theyselfs ^^
