IP exemptions can take up to more than 2 weeks to do. Theres plenty of threads about this. Use the search button and find more info.

Also they only deal with it in the Petition section of the forums. Sometimes they respond to the thread, sometimes not. You have to log in and try.

however, making multiple topics in different sections of the forums (this isn't even a bug), will push back your IP exemption on purpose.

P.S. I hope it gets denied and you/yourfriend accounts get stolen from posting the account name in your Signature. Then you can spam the forums with QQ about how they were some how mysteriously hacked.
