XP Modified Zones

Would someone be able to post a list of the XP modifiers of the zones in Kunark, and possibly the level range?

actually to add to this, can anyone please a list of zones in the classic + kunark that have a ZEM (Zone experience modifier)

I think it comes down to:

All newbie zones
All dungeons
