Warlord Hikyg doesn't givea 8 slot container to collect "busted froglok slave shackles" AFTER handing him the "Note to iksar lord".

going to check the other ones now.

in the "swamp of no hope" needs text when you give him "note to iksar lord" and to give a 8 slot container to fill with 8 Busted froglok slave shackles.

note-Militia skeleton cons KOS, but doesn't aggro. I'm sure it used to be indifferent.

Warlord Hikyg worked fine for me. Did you check to see to which lord the note was sending you each time?

The note I handed to him that works reads:

"You are to report to the outer gates of the Swamp of No Hope Lord Hykig awaits"
