My player is stuck in Highkeep. Please allow me to leave this zone.

I am receiving the same message when I attempt leave to Highpass Hold. Thank you.

3 levels until i need to go turn my epic in in HHK, been avoiding leveling purposely because if i ding 46 I am going to zone into HHK whether its down or up to get my epic =/
