Game Crashes in Area infront of Nektulos Zoneline

The game is crashing in the area in front of the Nektulos Zoneline, from Neriak Foreign Quarter.

When I zone into Foreign Quarter from Nektulos, if I run forward my game freezes.
If I run to that same location to get out of the Foreign Quarter into Nektulos, my game freezes.
