FPS lag i need halp

Okay so i just bought a brand new computer ( windows 10) and im lagging when i try to play EQ, when i try to turn too fast or am in an area with too many players it starts getting choppy. Ive tried reinstalling EQ, i tried WinEQ, and i made sure that EQ was hsing my graphics card and not my CPU. Aint working, anyone else have any better ideas?
I can run Diablo 3, Rust, and Overwatch on Ultra settings so its not my computer.
