NPC Spawn Issue: Mistmoore Enchanters

I had always assumed that maybe Mynthi Davissi was originally a necromancer as my MM experience was not excessive prior to Kunark being released.

In addition to this I have never seen the mob a_negotiator with a pet or casting a charm (though she is an enchanter base I think as she does tash).

Per these two Alla entries (look at the dates on the first post at the bottom) these mobs should both be enchanters and both charm.

They definitely charmed post Kunark in my personal experience. Thanks.

Negotiator definitely is an enchanter already.
