Aren't registering melee damage, only spells and pets.

Pretty sure it was halfling rogue with eyerazzia/jade mace, human monk with jade mace/sky fists. Couple other melee weren't registering either.

The damage was being reported, however nothing but pets/procs/spells would lower their hp

Bugged >L52 code?

Or was the mechanic to remove those over 52 added much later?

Harrison makes a point, it could very well be that.

If a group of players get in touch with me who are not above 52 yet on beta, I will gladly tank Vox and Naggy again.

They do not currently use any banishment coding.

Added June 2000, with Hole release.

I don't have any logs unfortunately, nor did we test it on any old world bosses.

But, I was a halfling rogue, using bone razor/jade mace. Deein, jade mace/fist. Perun with 2x whitened treant fists.

Everything was registering on *my* end, as far as hits in my chat window. But no matter what, their health would not move until they took spell damage.

of course, this has all been said already. as far as I know, they weren't even taking melee damage from Hobby.

That was just my guess since I don't know the method in which you guys implemented kunark on the beta server.
