Default Hell with log in please
When trying to log in it keeps saying a timeout has occurred.. any ideas? I'm very new so I have no idea.

have u tried opened and closing the client until it works yet? normally works for me. good luck.

Usually means your connection is the issue if the servers are up. Reset your modem sir.
