Resolution issue (fresh install)

Just re-installed Titanium and copied all of the P99 files into the appropriate folders per the setup guide. When I launch the game, I get a black screen and error 'input not supported' on my monitor. I am figuring it is a resolution issue, but for some reason the threads I have read are not resolving the issue. (yes, I did search! hehe)

Setup:
Nvidia G970 running 2 27" AOC monitors
reduced resolution on both to 1680x1050 from 1080p
added video settings to my eqclient.ini file.

Control Panel -> System -> Display -> Advanced Display Settings -> Display adapter properties -> Monitor tab -> set Screen refresh rate to 60 Hz.
