Quest Issue: Inte Akera Spawn

Inte Akera when tiggered doesnt spawn on the right axis, he spawns inside the Island.

I used #peval and pasted the line from the .pl file, and tweaked the z higher and higher. Not sure what's wrong with the windmill inte is on, probably some bestz fail, he finds the floor of the island instead of the floor of the windmill, no matter what the z is in the script.
