Game Mechanics: Can't enter the Warrens.

Took my level 12 Iksar Necro over to Paineel today in order to grind out some faction in the Warrens, but every time I cross the zone in line I get tossed back near the tunnel leading to Toxx with a message about the zone not being ready for visitors and to try again in a few moments. Kept trying for several minutes with no changes after the better part of a dozen attempts. So I figured I would bring it up here in case this is an issue that has so far gone unnoticed.
