Divine Might bone ground respawn timer incorrect

Took some paladins down to Kedge to get their dusty old fingerbones ground spawn for "The Bones of Darak Lightforge" quest (Divine Might spell). One pally picked up their bones, the other paladins waited for the bones but the bag never respawned.

One checked the ground spawn three hours later and it still wasn't there. Checked one of the quest ground spawns in the Kaladim mine to see if only the Kedge bone spawn time was screwy. Didn't wait around long but the Kaladim bone didn't respawn after 45mins.

I don't remember the timer on these bones but I remember doing this quest on live on my pally and it respawning fairly quickly. From what I've found from old forum posts it seems the timer was twenty minutes:

Likely a ton more, as far as I know the ground spawn is on a 20 minute timer, as long as phinnie isn't up I don't see the wipe out yet)P

The spawn time on the fingerbone is definately 20 minutes, unless they changed it in the last few months

Not sure what the actual bone spawn time was but he went back a day later and the groundspawn was there.
