![]() haven't really played a warrior at all, never on live never on p99 so its class is entirely new to me lvl 30+. Got 2x lammys, blind whip, frostbringer, and lodizal club. just hit 52(swarm pl so skills are still that of a level 38 or so) I am figuring FB/club should be best aggro ratio as far as procs go or is it reverse? with FB 12/22 faster then 14/27 on club i am just a bit confused, I know in kunark era this would be a perfect setup but velious i dunno.
soon enough will have willsapper and im guessing that will be sapper/lodizal club also? or is there any better combo out of those weapons. Any reason to hold onto lammys aside from going pure dps with 0 proc if im not tanking? iksar warrior, also looking for helmet/chest suggestions(loaned fungi to a pal but figure won't really need it so im thinking PSC or if anyone can think of something better) and I guess tranix crown for time being.

![]() BPs i understand for heals and aggro, ToD even for a group with a slows or one that kills so quick doesn't need slows? Might be stuck without bloodpoints for the time being however, no one really sells them on red let alone farms them

![]() The truth is procs aren't that big of a deal. Keeping aggro is more about positioning, white damage, and wooly spider silk nets. Blood points have an 80 LT, and because it both heals and damages it is worth 160 aggro. This may not be more proc aggro than an ac reduction or slow, but it heals you, and it keeps aggro well. Truncheon of Doom is a weapon I still carry because 50% slowing dragons is the best. Its a weapon in groups that I will go in for the first two or three hits with. Sometimes it procs immediately and that mob will be on you for the rest of the fight. How are your other skills like kick, bash, and archery? Your kick will start stunning at 55 and it is super vital that it is max skill. Bash is also good vs caster mobs as you can switch in your shield and interrupt spells. Archery is also very important, because the first thing you do to get on a mobs aggro list is worth 50% less aggro and archery has very low aggro so it is a great first hit.

@Naethyn my skills are that of a level 35 or 38, whenever I stopped leveling him and got him swarmed. So they will need to be skilled up which wont be bad ill sit and beat on something with lots of regen while I get healed or something. 1hb will be a new skill to get up but should go quick with a haste or something. I get the point of carrying a ToD, but simply put half of what you said doesn't much apply to red. As I will not be a main tank, nor an offtank for any type of raid of mini raid situation even. Wooly spider nets and such items are never used on red with the exception of mallets, probably because no recharge or something. I will just have to rely on taunt/procs and white damage.

![]() Still, in a group it is nice to have someone root the target for you. A lot of the time your dps weapons will generate enough hate (so proc weapons pointless*), and some times even your proc weapons will struggle (so again pointless*).
*unless you get bonus utility from those procs; life taps, slows, runes, etc.

![]() also im sure i can find this info else where, reading over the disciplines. defensive seems to be the go to? is there any reason to ever use evasive or when it comes to that is that raid specific, boss specific only? 3min duration sounds nice with 7 and 10 min re use timers for grouping at the very least. as far as for damage, seems like precision may be the best way to go instead of felstrike? at least in a fight long enough to make 3 minutes count?

![]() Evasive is also handy if you want to cast clicky spells or attempt bandaging while fighting.
Mighty strike is handy when berserk as it will allow you to spam crippling blows, which is good for preventing mobs from swinging/casting/running.
