Lower level solo shamans, which buffs do you keep on you all the time?

I'm currently 19, and I keep SoW, Strength, Agility (for the slight AC bump) and my shield spells. I keep putting Inner Fire up, but it doesn't seem to do much at this level. Does that ever get an upgrade? The Talisman line perhaps?
