Miscellaneous: Circlet of Silver Skies Not Dropping from Gozzrem

I have never seen this item drop let alone linked. I had this hat on my wizard in Velious as I was on Giant faction so we killed Telk/Gozz while being in the West Wing often.

Gozzrem most certainly dropped this item classically

This is pretty good for enchanters who can use the Charisma bonus better than the other classes, but it is still great for all the classes listed especially with that 0.0 weight.


Can we get someone to check if its on Gozzrem's loot table on p99 or has anyone else seen this and I have just been very unlucky to never see it linked
