Skyshrine rep requirements for armor?

'ey guys, I've been away on Nostarlrius (and elsewhere) for nearly a year, and am coming home to p99.

I examined the contents of my bank upon my homecoming, and noticed I have a set of unadorned plate vambraces. If I were to find the three jaundice gems I would need for the turn in, what would my faction have to be for the turn-in NPC to give me my Akkirus' Vambraces of the Risen?
