New EQ player need help

Hello I am completely new to this game and would like to start playing seriously. I am currently a level 4 dwarf paladin and I went into the dwarf city and fell into the water and died. If someone could help me get my things back I would greatly appreciate it since I am out of food and water I can't do anything. My name in game is Trickydicky message me if you can help.
