Smile A hello to all!

I just wanted to get myself out there and say hello to the community. I'm currently in the process of a getting set up in P99, so hopefully I will run into some of you in game very soon!

I've become so disenchanted with the current state of modern MMORPGs but still have the gaming itch that needs to be satisfied...so here I am. I want to relive EQ in it's glory days and make a few new friends in the process.

So, in short, I'm very glad to be here and am looking forward to some good times. See you in game!

Welcome! Did you decide on a specific class yet?

I'm still dinking around with the classes since it's been so long. My original main was a Cleric (which will always hold a special place in my heart) and I tend to gravitate towards healing classes. I also played an Enchanter and Wizard. So, who knows? Any suggestions as to which class may be in need?

Howdy. welcome. umm, 2 of the classes you played don't even heal, so perhaps healing isn't as big of a draw as you might suspect. But the fact you played both a cleric and a wizard, and this is your first character on the server, my magic 8 ball says "looks like druid"( you ven get a little enchanter element in the druid with animals). Lots of freedom as you level, very independent, ports/sow very low gear required since in groups you should not generally pull much aggro and when solo you don't need to ever get hit. Maybe you make a friend who will PLVL an alt of yours, and you theirs with your thorns.

That said, Cleric is certainly going to be more "in demand" at 50+ for a variety of things. It might be a better choice if you simply intend to only ever play that *one* single character.

Enchanter or cleric. Either or will have no problem grouping or being valued by guilds in the future. You don't sound like someone who wants to solo all the time, so make yourself as valuable as possible imo.

I suppose I should have clarified, in virtually every game I've played my main has been a healing class and is always the "go-to" choice for me. [You must be logged in to view images. I just need some time to work the rust out. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
