NPC Spawn Issue: Iceberg missing?

For two days now I've seen Tundra Jack running around everfrost without Iceberg following him. Doesn't seem to show up anywhere on track either.

Iceberg spawns with tundra jack. If someone kills iceberg without killing tundra jack, Iceberg doesnt respawn until he's killed. I killed Tundra jack.
