Odd Mac glitch

Stats first: I play on a late 2011 MacBook Pro using Wineskin in windowed mode.

Sometimes my system will randomly "tab" me out of the EQ window, sending my character off on autorun into the unknown. My cursor turns from the golden EQ arrow into the standard black cursor, and I have to quickly click back on the EQ window to stop the autorun. I hear an alert sound, but aside from that there are no pop-ups, desktop alerts, new programs starting, etc.

Has anyone ever experienced this? I'm wondering if it's some desktop alert or setting that I can turn off but didn't know was on. Or maybe I am inadvertently clicking something that I didn't realize was keyed? It's really annoying. Help!
