NPC Spawn Issue: Brother Qwinn (South Karana)

MIA for 3 days now....no one in SK has seen him and of course I have not.

Have cleared the zone multiple times to attempt to kill a "ph" but have had no luck. My experience as short as 2 months ago was he was up quite frequently and I had to watch for him quite a bit as he would 1 shot my necro.

Could of course be the RNG / etc etc but maybe could be looked at.

Nothing appears changed. He should still spawn.

Requires a lvl50 ogre SK with crappy ISP in zone. When the ogre goes LD, Qwinn the opportunistic douche will be quick to show up.
