What's with the lack of support?

Sent a PM to Rogean and Uthgaard 2 days ago that has gone ignored and a petition, posted in these forums, almost 2 days ago that has gone ignored. What can I do to get this resolved?

Be patient and polite. They're up to their noses in kunark code and catching exploiters and hackers atm so unless its gamebreaking it will be a while more.

It's not an IP exemption. And I guess I have been spoiled to instant results. Uthgaard has always been kind to give instant results in the past without problems.
