What would you say is best weapons before 20 to use? not on any budget ( apart from the crazy expensive weapons like SoD )

If you really have no budget, buy a VP key and get some insane weapons from there. My level 6 is parked there.

Outside of VP id go Swiftblade of Zek for 70k pp. Venomous Axe if you want to actually proc at low level. Wavecrasher is like 100k and will be one of the best proccing weapons at later level. Frostbringer procs at level 40 and cost 4k.

But really there is nothing wrong with CSS/Jade Mace etc type of weapons until level 45+, especially at low level when weapon delay means everything.

Jarsath Trident + Green Jade Broadsword till 40, then get two Ykeshan War Clubs. At 50 get two Blood Points and a Truncheon of Doom.
