4x HD Texture Pack Neriak Crash

Came back to this hellscape of an MMO and I've been using the 4x HD Texture Pack to give it a fresh look. Been all around the world with no issues until I went to Neriak. There it crashes upon zone in from Nektulos and I can't log that character in until I swap out Neriak's texture files to the old highres ones. I can deal with just Neriak not being in glorious HD, but I'm just curious if anyone else has had this issue and if they resolved it? I've tried dgvoodoo, reinstalling, compatibility etc.
