![]() As soon as I click the "Play Everquest" button, both my monitors change to a much lighter hue. Even if I then close P99 completely, the monitors will not change back. If I restart my computers the monitors return to normal...
Any idea how to get this to stop happening? Thank you! | ||

![]() That or maybe WinEQ 2 lite. It contains that dirty old EQ client that hasn't gotten a patch in years and years.

![]() Like applesauce, I run f.lux and while the game changes the brightness/gamma, it also reverts back to normal once I close it. I can't recommend flux enough for hardcore computer users as it will give your eyes some much needed love =)

![]() hue... oh you mean gamma (hue is color). Well yeah it does that. I haven't been able to find a solution out of the system to stop the gamma sliding up a few notches. However, WinEQ 2 lite does contain it. When I exit out of the game, gamma goes back to normal every time.

![]() I used to have this problem a lot back in the day. The only way I could get my gamma to return to normal after playing is to use "/camp desktop" and skipping backing all the way out manually. For some reason, camping directly to desktop restored the proper display.

![]() If you have a nvidia card and the nvidia control panel, just open the control panel while in game and go to Display -> Adjust Desktop Color Settings -> Use Nvidia Settings. Click it even if its already selected and it corrects the high gamma. Only issue is it resets whenever you zone but then you just need to click it again.

![]() I experience this with WinEQ2, I think it reverts when I close EQ itself, even if WinEQ2 is still open. Windows 10.
