Spells: Cassindra's Chorus of Clarity

The Bard Song Cassindr'a Chorus of Clarity is no working at all on my Bard.
Weirdest part is that is worked for levels 32 and 33, then all of a sudden stopped working at 24.

I will cast/sing the song, the pixels will flow, but no buff marker will appear in the affects window and no bonuses come during the mana regen tick either.

Please /assist!

Chorus is an inject. There never has been a box in the effects window.
