Scout Charisa bailed on me

Hi,

So i could turn in my scout tools to scout charisa and kill the giant captain. Problem is that scout charisa despawned when i went back to her to give her the disk.. had a ranger friend try to track her, she just wasn't in zone.

So wut do ? if i wait 'til someone else turns his scout tools, and i turn in my broken disk, will it screw his own turn in..? just worried about screwing someone for my turn in.

TL;DR: anyone know if Scout Charisa will depop after Broken Disk turn in ? will she accept more than one disk turn in..? WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO MEH ?
