That's part of the April 2001 patch. Which is the next era patch we get.

We got the March 2001 patch here - http://www.project1999.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=217007 (November 1, 2015)

So any day now we can expect the April patch.

Male High Elf easily the worst, Female it's a tough choice because honestly a lot of them look dumb, feels like they didn't put a ton of time into the Female versions.
