i L v v w v v g g q g g v v w character is spamming ooc about rygrim's death being a hoax and people donating money? Who donated money if anyone? Where did this money go? What is it for? Why is this being allowed to continue?

This individual needs to be banned across the board its sickening to see this in ooc and he constantly is changing characters and continue to spamm ooc

Where are the GM's? Do they intend to do anything about this or just let it ride?
