Large / Small Banded Vendor in Freeport?

Anyone know where to purchase Large and Small banded molds in Freeport?

I found the Medium molds in East Freeport on: Issilyn Ristan at -31, 133, 24 (in Armor by Ikthar)

EQTraders says that lanon Untitia at -288, -660, 8 (in Port Authority) sells both large and small molds. However he is nowhere to be found.

As a Barbarian Shaman, if there is no large banded mold vendor in Freeport, is the closest place the Feerrott outside of Oggok? Small molds is Misty Thicket?
