NPC Spawn Issue: Guard Swang on wrong faction (quick fix!)

Guard Swang in the Neriak Foreign Quarter is currently on "Ogre" faction instead of "NeriakOgre" with Jacker, Spice, and Mrak.

Swang's current faction "Ogre" is another non-classic introduced later on when SOE began doing faction "streamlining."

Here's a capture of the faction list in Oct 2000 with only Neriak Ogres, no "Ogre" faction.

Yes it seems he was changed (from what faction originally I don't know?) based on the post here:

Ogre/Troll guards:
Some in Neriak FQ can be The Dead also. Some are on Da Bashers. Not sure if some of the Ogres are on some Ogre Faction or not.

However, "some Ogre faction" should be "NeriakOgre" as the "Ogre" faction is not classic, as I indicated in the first post. Swang is the only misstep we have. Jacker, Mrak and Spice (in 3rd Gate) are on the correct Neriak Ogre faction.

And I should note that all of the other changes made to Neriak in that patch were right on the mark with Neriak being one of the most complex cities faction-wise.

While this is already bumped: Is Crusader Quarg in FoB supposed to be on Scaled Mystics faction even though he's a Shadow Knight? I know he's involved in a Shaman quest, but just askin...
