Lag on West Coast Trying to use WTFast to Fix

Hi all-

I live on the west coast in CA and am trying to use WTFast to decrease my p99 ping from 120-145 to below 100 for once in my life. Has anyone used this service and have any thoughts on what server to use? I tried Chicago and that was terrible. Trying Atlanta and Boston one's now.
