Game Mechanics: Planar Revamp - Missing Drops?

The revamp has been in for a month, and after talking to several guilds (red and blue) who have frequented the mobs/planes, I'd like to post a list of items which have yet to drop, just to confirm they are correctly on loot tables.

Plane of Hate Trash:

• Abjurer's Earring
• Hate Crystal
• Songshawl
• Life's Guard
• Healer's Earring
• Spiritguard
• Silverleaf Belt

So far no one has seen these drop from 2nd floor dark elves. Are they on any of the 2nd floor mob's loot tables?


Plane of Fear Golems:

• Bone-Clasped Girdle
• Puppet Strings
• Darkwood Trunk
• Ball of Everliving Golem

These 4 items have yet to drop as far as I'm aware. The Ball of Everliving golem I'm guessing is supposed to be on its own drop table and probably uncommon. Yet since revamp not a single one has dropped.

Also Puppet Strings, BCG and the Box have yet to drop off the golems. Are these correctly on Terror, Dread and Fright's loot tables?
