Verbage on resist buff spells incorrect?
It looks like the resist magic, resist fire, etc. spells have incorrect wording on the spell effect messages.
The displayed message is: You feel resistant from magic. I believe it should be: You feel resistant to magic. Same goes for the other resist spells. | ||

There is something to this, even though we go by the original spell files including typos and poor grammar. Poring through the various spell files over the years, the portion that changed is the cast on you message "from" to "to" occurring with the September 19, 2000 patch (Epic Quests implemented).
Each of the Resist line spells (magic, cold, fire, disease, and poison) from release through and including the August 9, 2000 spell file use the "from/to" for cast on you and cast on others, respectively. As of the September 19, 2000 spell file, the Resist line spells (magic, cold, fire, disease, and poison) were changed to "to/to" for both cast on you and cast on others. Of note, the Endure line spells (magic, cold, fire, disease, and poison) all use "from/from" for both cast on you and cast on others before and after the September 19, 2000 patch. Eventually it was:
Endure line: "protected from" Resist line: "resistant to" But it wasn't always consistent, because Group Resist Magic says "soandso is resistant to magic" but "you feel protected from magic".
