Default Slo-mo/Core issues

Hey all, is there a breakdown of the slow-motion/core allocation issues that can happen with this game? One of my computers, a core2duo, runs certain aspects of the game in slow-motion (animations appear to play at half speed, cast timer is screwed up, and I run in slo-mo) and another, core-i7, does not.

I have priority set to realtime and my shortcut is set up such that it should only use 1 core. This fixed the slo-mo on my i7 box, but not the c2d box with the same setup. Is there any kind of encyclopedic post on this I might have overlooked?
