So I tried playing on P99 a few weeks back and after the first hour or two I started getting these really weird animation errors where I would just glide along the floor. Then pcs, npcs, and myself would move really fast. I tried every suggested on the Multi/Dual/Quad-core issue thread located here https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...ead.php?t=3609, but to no avail.
Anyone got any other idea?

i get this as well....
i do have to run with a set % on processor performance (disable throttling to play) it seems to happen after cpu is warmer or had been booted for a while (whether client loaded previous or not) i also use the ingame option to limit fps which seems to alleviate a stuttering effect when this happens but not the frozen (frameskipping?) animations (if i sit my chr shows as just beginning to take a seat) when this has happened before some anamolies are falling through elevator to kelethin when it starts to rise and mouse click input not being reactive some symptoms sound like overheating performance decay however other programs/clients/things do not collaborate

You need to set CPU affinity to 1 - can do it with a batch file easily.
