First raid last night - I camped in Hate - help

So last night was my first Hate raid ever. It was a blast. But I was tired and stupid and camped at the port-in. Is my shammy going to get obliterated before I can even gate out? Should I not log in?

Do you have a WC cap or gate pot? If not, should invest, if do, should be able to click off in time, otherwise I'm not sure if hate is currently up or not

/who all hateplane ... wait til you get some results, or even camp a low level at the WC spire and see if any guilds are preparing to go up.

Do you remember where you camped exactly? At the zone in? Fountain? Near Maestro?

Those gate items are instant (on Blue) and as such uninterruptible, so you would be able to use one of them even if attacked. You might get unlucky with a 5-second gate cast.

Maybe you could get in touch with some guilds that do Hate and find out when they're doing it next, then log in during their clear.
