You have been disconnected

I was going through OoT on the boat from FP to BB on my lowbie rogue, when suddenly this message popped up on my screen. Now I can't log back in to my account, I keep seeing a timeout occurred message. Internet seems to be working fine other than that.

This is the first time this has happened, been playing on the same computer at the same place every time. Have tried restarting. Also, for some reason my taskbar has disappeared.

Any ideas? Pretty sure when I log in I'm gonna be ready to die in the middle of nowhere.
