NPC Spawn Issue: Ranger GM in Rivervale

There should be a Ranger GM in Rivervale in Druid/Ranger guild. There is not one there. He should be located about loc -28, -440.

I have been looking for over an hour and noone has been in the zone over lvl 14, so i am assuming that noone is killing him.

PLZ fix....

There are no halfling rangers and therefore no halfling ranger GM.

Won't ever be in on this server, either. I think it was in Luclin or something when halfling rangers came out.
