Are they going to come down now that Velious has been out for a bit? Any chance for casuals like me to get them?

Price will come down a bit.
Another option is to farm kael for quest armor legs. Priest leg gems seem to be super common.

Got mine for 12k about 3 months ago. Been offered up to 20k for them. Seen 3 pair auctioned for 25 to 30 range but don't think they're being sold for that.
