Game Mechanics: Can't change character's face anymore (Titanium)

disclaimer: i understand it's NOT classic to change a character's face so please keep your witty comments out of this thread.

issue: all of a sudden, i am unable to change one specific character's face after being able to several times. other character's on that account are able to change faces as well as a new character that i tested to see if it was the account.

please, any way how to fix this? do i need to reinstall titanium? has anyone else who experienced this issue been able to find a fix?
