Daybreak Games & Account Recovery

Hey everyone,

I had a question about account recovery.

I've seen some other threads about folks being able to get their information with limited information, and honestly that's where I'll be coming from. I was a kid at the time and have no idea what email address was linked to my account.

I'm not sure how the transition of information from SOE to Daybreak went down, but I ended up submitted a ticket to Daybreak about this in their support section, but it's been about 48 hours and I haven't had any communication back from them about my situation. I'm beginning to wonder if I'm barking up the wrong tree.

Should I be contacting another outlet for support in this matter?
